Canopy size depends on the confirmed event setup and equipment needs. An open-sided canopy does not provide full weather protection; unsafe weather may require changes to the plan.

Choosing Drop-off? Food arrives precooked in disposable chafing dishes for self-service, with a 30-minute setup window before your ready-to-eat time. No on-site cook, server, grill, or canopy service is included.
